How is nandu priced?
A platform fee per tenant plus usage. Never per seat. The platform fee reflects the scope of your setup, and usage keeps the economics aligned with how much analysis actually runs. Every engagement starts with a business case, and if it does not clearly pay for itself, we say so.
Why not per seat?
Per-seat pricing punishes exactly the behaviour that makes the system valuable: more people asking more questions. We would rather the whole organisation use it, so we price on the scope of the setup and the analysis actually run.
What's the minimum commitment?
We start with a scoped pilot on your real data, so you can judge output quality before committing to anything longer. If the business case is not there we will not start. We would rather skip an engagement than run one that goes badly for both sides.
